Birthdays, family reunions, anniversaries — celebrations are extra special at the farm!

All parties held at the farm include:

  • Two (2) hours in our picnic shelter. This time can be extended with prior special arrangements.
  • One (1) hour with a Learning Tree Farm staff member, touring the barns, meeting the animals in their stalls and getting to be up close and personal with them!
  • A hike through the woods to the tire swing!
  • 30 minutes for set-up and for clean-up
  • All-day farm admission to explore the farm after the party is over!

After your farm tour and hike, the staff member will let the animals out of their stalls and into the pastures. Guests are welcome to re-enter the stalls, pens, or pastures with the animals at that time.

If no other group is scheduled the day of your party, you may use the shelter for the duration of your event AND continue to use the shelter for as long as you like!

If another group or party is scheduled for the same day of your party, then the picnic shelter will be available to you during your party times only.

Guests are asked to:

  •  Bring their own food, cake, beverages, decorations, garbage bags, etc.
  • Clean up decorations and remove all trash.  Trash must be taken with you; garbage bags are not supplied.

Payments are made at the time of reservation via our website.

Cost: $135 for up to 15 people* for a 2-hour birthday party.

  • Please note that paid guests include all children over two years of age AND accompanying adults, to total 15 people.
  • If there are more than 15 guests, an added cost of $5 per additional guest is due on the day of the party.

Cancellation Policy

Q: What if there is bad weather?

A: With an outdoor activity like the farm, weather can sometimes play a factor in the fun! However, many times weather where you are and at the farm can be different. In case of extreme weather, we will determine if it is safe to have the party. If there are concerns, we will contact you and cancel the party and it can either be rescheduled for no extra fee or your money will be refunded.


Q: What if I have to cancel?

A: If it is more than 24 hours prior to your party, we will gladly provide a refund less a $50 cancellation fee. We regret that we cannot refund for cancellations within 24 hours of your event, but you may reschedule your event for a $50 rescheduling fee.
