Q: What if there is bad weather?
A: With an outdoor activity like the farm, weather can sometimes play a factor in the fun! However, many times weather where you are and at the farm can be different. In case of extreme weather, we will determine if it is safe to have a program. If there are concerns, we will contact you and cancel the program and it can either be rescheduled for no extra fee or your money will be refunded.
Q: What if I have to cancel?
A: Due to the small group size, we do not offer refunds on these programs. If you need to cancel more than 24 hours prior to your program, you may reschedule your date at no additional cost. For cancellations within 24 hours of your program, you may reschedule your event for a $10 rescheduling fee.
