From South: Take I-75 North. Take the OH-725 exit, towards Miamisburg. Turn LEFT onto OH-725 West. Follow signs for OH-725 West through Miamisburg. Turn RIGHT onto OH-4. Turn SLIGHT LEFT onto Union Road. Learning Tree Farm is on the right about 1/2 mile past the junction of Union and Hemple Rds.
Alternate Route From South: Take I-75 North. Take the OH-725 exit, towards Miamisburg. Turn LEFT onto OH-725 West. Turn RIGHT onto S. Alex Rd. Follow Alex Rd for about 2 miles. Turn LEFT onto E. Central Ave in West Carrollton. Follow E. Central for about 1 mile. Turn RIGHT onto N. Miami Ave. Follow N. Miami Ave around curve as it becomes Farmersville-West Carrollton Rd. Follow Farmersville-West Carrollton Rd for about 2.5 miles. Turn RIGHT onto S. Union Rd. Cross OH-4 and go about 1 mile to Learning Tree Farm on RIGHT.
From North/Dayton: Take I-75 South. Take US 35 West exit, towards Eaton. Take Gettysburg Ave. exit. Turn LEFT on Gettysburg Ave, go 1/2 mile, then turn RIGHT on Germantown Pike/OH-4, going southwest. Take OH-4 about 3 miles, then turn RIGHT on Dayton-Farmersville Rd. Go about 1+ mile, then turn LEFT on S. Union Rd. Learning Tree Farm is 1/2 mile down S. Union Rd on the LEFT.
