Substitute Teacher at Learning Tree Farm Nature Preschool

Do you have preschool classroom teaching experience?  Do you love being outside, hiking, and actively playing in all kinds of weather?  Our child-led environment may be the perfect place to spend some days during the school year.  We are searching for substitute teachers who are able to allow children to explore and come to answers themselves, assist with process-based art (with no product in mind), and assist head teachers with maintaining the child to teacher ratio, preparing spaces, and cleaning our environment.  Most assignments will be made in advance, but some early morning calls might be made.  The school runs from September-December and February-May.  Required documents:  College transcript, BCI & FBI fingerprints, Medical Physical form, and a signed Non-Conviction Statement.

In order to be considered, applicants must email their cover letter and resume to Education Director.

We are always searching for volunteers for basic gardening, cleaning, and general farm work. Please email info@learningtreefarm.org if you are able to provide your talents on a volunteer basis.

Thank you!
